Stephen Thomas Graham

Mr. Graham started his private practice in 2002 with a focus on criminal
defense. Steve Graham has taken cases to trial that include everything
from misdemeanor traffic matters to homicides. Mr. Graham has successfully
defended property forfeitures and has won the return of seized property
by narcotic detectives and WDFW agents. Mr. Graham prides himself on resolving
criminal cases faster than the average criminal defense lawyer, and he
once won a "not guilty" verdict on an attempted homicide case
two weeks after being retained. Mr. Graham loves his work, and brings
a passion to the representation of his clients. In his home county as a defense attorney, Mr. Graham won ten not guilty
verdicts in a row over a 4 year period. Seven of the cases were felony
charges and three were misdemeanor cases. The trials were won by a creativity
and dedication that Mr. Graham can bring to your case.
In his spare time, Mr. Graham works with high school and college students as a mock trial coach and judge.
