Attempted Homicide:

Not Guilty - Defendant charged with the attempted homicide of a neighbor after allegedly attacking him with with a chainsaw. Defendant was acquitted of all charges and returned home to his family.

DUI - 4th Offense:

Defendant was found not guilty with a .12 breath test. Defense hired expert witness witness who explained the inaccuracies of the breath instrument due to the defendant's diabetic condition.

Burglary First Degree, Theft of a Firearm 7 Counts:

Defendant was alleged to have worked in conjunction with other defendants to steal seven long arms from the home of a Washington resident. Co-defendant turned state's evidence. Defendant was found not guilty of all charges.

Delivery of Methamphetamine:

Defendant charged with three counts of methamphetamine based on the word of an informant. Defendant explained that he only knew the informant because the informant sold him marijuana. After a three day trial the defendant was found to be not guilty of all three counts.
